It’s been 7 days since this GoFundMe has gone live and I want to thank you all. This month has been surreal with unsettling moments. On TV Defendants are doubling down on their misuse of my photos and name while they continue to promote misstatements to villainize someone they don’t know. The ressentiment and vitriol of these women has been palpable - even before I filed my lawsuit. To those who have joined your voices to support this cause: Your spirit is the secret wind at my back. I recognize key people are facilitating this movement. Thank you. March has been a busy month. There were a few minor hearings. But starting in April, some critical ones are approaching: 4/8/2024: Hearing on Special Motion to Strike filed by Vanessa Valdes 5/1/2024: Hearing on Special Motion to Strike filed by Michal Ofek 5/9/2024: Hearing on Special Motion to Strike filed by Amy Blalock 5/29/2024: Hearing on Motion to Quash Service of Summons filed by Elly Shariat 6/5/2024: Hearing on Motion for Protective Order filed by Michal Ofek 6/18/2024: Case Management Conference The Special Motion to Strike hearings are, in essence, anti-SLAPP motions filed by defendants trying to get one or more causes dismissed. They claim there was no defamation/libel. However, I have alleged many other causes beyond defamation. I will provide an update, soon. I will also not let these people broadcast unilateral statements without defending myself. Please look out for those updates as well. Meanwhile, the question occurs to me: Why are these defendants allowed on dating apps? These individuals should be reported. Why should we allow women to screenshot other peoples' dating profiles and plaster them all over online platforms for creeps and prowlers to devour without shame? Is this the type of individuals with whom dating apps are OK? Reporting this violation of privacy would pressure the apps into protecting their users from potential stalkers and situations such as this.
